Tiers reflect Aubrik line builds: a single integrated line runs 60–120 sets/yr on 24-hour operation; duplicated welding and flange stations reach 180–300 sets/yr; modular workstation expansion scales to 600 sets/yr without stopping production. Steel throughput tops out near 500,000 t/yr. Offshore and 8.5 m-plus sections move plate thickness toward the 210 mm ceiling and bring DNV-ST-0126 design scope into play.
